Team Huddle Instructions

1. Start promptly at 8:30am.
- We aim for 5 minutes total.
- Call everyone into the huddle if they're not already ready.

2. Welcome and thank everyone.

3. Pick one of the HOTL Core Values and a few encouraging words about what it means to this House:

4. Encourage everyone to "Meet their three" and its importance. (We want everyone to meet at least 3 people they don’t know so that each new person feels welcomed and connected.)

5. Ask people to be mindful of making space for everyone in our full services (parking & seating). All hands on deck to help people find seats!

6. Pray

7. Conclude with everyone in the middle "1, 2, 3 HOUSE TEAM!"

We encourage you to pray about what God wants you to share and practice the huddle at home.
